You stand so still.
Between me and the thing I never asked for but somehow started to want.
You’re clean. Almost invisible.
But you divide the world better than any wall.
On one side: arrangement. On the other: hunger.
They say it’s fashion.
But it’s really armor, isn’t it?
A handbag that protects against being ignored.
A label that says: Don’t mess with me, I cost more than your rent.
I’m not judging.
I just wonder — what are we really buying?
Maybe it’s not the coat.
Maybe it’s the distance.
You shimmer. You suggest. You never speak.
But I’m here. Just looking. Still human.
