The Way In

I don’t know what you are yet.

Not a place. Not a door.

More like a flicker — a trembling in the moment before I choose.

You don’t ask for certainty.

Only presence.

I painted you.

I passed through you.

Then I erased you.

Maybe that’s the point.

To walk forward without needing to hold on.

To trust that every step into the unknown

still leads me back to something true.

So I step in.

I let go.

And whatever’s waiting…

it can meet me on the other side.
